Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to work carried out by Swilson Plumbing unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Quotes and scope

Written quotes set out the scope of work included. Work outside that scope, including conditions that cannot be seen until the existing system or fixture is removed, is quoted separately before proceeding.

Site access

Safe and clear access to the work area is required on the agreed date. Where access cannot be provided, rescheduling may be necessary.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice for each job.

Workmanship and product warranty

Products supplied carry the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship terms are confirmed in writing with your quote. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
